What is HIES?
​The Home Insulation & Energy Systems Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (HIES) is one of the UK's leading consumer protection organisations for home energy installations. It helps ensure that registered installers provide clear information, fair contracts and professional workmanship, while giving customers access to independent support throughout their project.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal complaints procedure, and your installation falls within the scope of the HIES Consumer Code, you may refer the matter to the HIES Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Scheme.
The ADR process is independent, impartial and designed to help consumers and installers resolve disputes without the need for court proceedings. Participation in ADR does not affect your statutory rights.
